How do I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process and ship orders quickly (we’re fast!). Once we have processed your order, we will not be unable to make any changes. Once your order has been shipped you can no longer request a refund. Exchanges only, for a different size. If that size is not available you may exchange for a different item. Please be sure to respond within two days of delivery in order for exchanges to be processed. We also issue store credit.

Just a reminder...
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must address this with the United States Postal Service. Coco Brooke does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We also do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered.
